A masterpiece

OMG, this pecan tart is the best we ever had, the crunchy pecan praline, the creamy filing, the whipped ganache, but most of all the buttery shell, this is just a perfect masterpiece, so glad I had my husband ordered the first menu drop after you came back fm France!
