Was never a basque cheesecake fan, but this was delightful. Fluffy, creamy and rich without being too sweet. I wish I bought more!
The best basque cheesecake I've ever had - the texture and flavour are perfect as is the level of sweetness (not too sweet!). My partner and I always have to keep ourselves from eating too much in one sitting.
I had wanted to try this cheesecake for a number of months but only managed to get to Toronto today to buy it. It is delicious and, now that I am at home, I wish I had bought more.

This was my first time trying Basque cheesecake and I really liked it. It was so creamy & cheesy with the perfect amount of sweetness (not too sweet!). I'll definitely be back to try other flavours and the madeleines!
