Hi, I'm Alice!

I trained in pastry at Ferrandi Paris and worked at Bulgari Hotel Paris (5-star hotel) and Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme - Pur' (1-star Michelin restaurant and 5-star hotel).

After enjoying the best pastries in Paris, I'm excited to bring French- and Asian-inspired desserts to Toronto!

To me, desserts are the highlight of any celebration -they have a way of bringing everyone together. I hope Soft Dough Co. desserts are the same for you, making your celebrations extra special.
