How do I place an order?

You can order 3 ways.

1. Our Shop page to preorder for weekend delivery and pick-up.
2. Uber Eats on Thursdays to Sundays, with limited menu.
3. Order via Chowtime for locations outside of our delivery zone! Includes Scarborough (south of 401), Vaughan, Peel, Durham and Halton.

Can I receive my order on a specific day?

We try our best to accommodate custom requests. To pick up your order on a specific day, please contact us directly

Are your treats allergy safe or suitable for my dietary restrictions?

Your peace of mind is important to us! We list ingredients on each product page. Our treats may contain nuts, seeds, dairy, gluten, and sesame. They don't contain gelatin at this time. If you're not sure, email us — we're happy to help.

I loved that dessert I got a few months ago! Can I still order it?

While a few beloved items (like Madeleines and Basque Burnt Cheesecake) are mainstays, we change up our menu every few weeks to bring you new, seasonal flavours. It means that your favourite treat might not return...grab it while you can!

What's the best way to store your desserts?

You'll find specific storage instructions on the little card included in your order. Enjoy your treats fresh. For chilled items, within 2-3 days.

Madeleines: Enjoy fresh; store airtight at room temp. Clear glazed madeleines can be lightly warmed before serving if you wish.

Basque Burnt Cheesecake & Chocolate Dream Tart: Store in fridge. For a softer texture, leave out for 15 minutes before eating.
