Basque Cheesecakes: Keep refrigerated for up to 4 days. Do not store in freezer.
Cream Cakes & Tarts: Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days. Do not store in freezer.
Madeleines, Financiers and Cookies: Enjoy fresh and store airtight at room temperature (Ziploc bags/boxes will do).
Warm cookies in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds.
Warm madeleines in the oven at 300F for a couple minutes, or pop them in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds.

Omg so creamy and delicious. Aas a total hit for a birthday party and a few people wanted to know where it was from :) The coffee taste is mild.
