Basque Burnt Cheesecake with Strawberry Compote

I decided to order from this bakery because it showed up that the direction is at the same building I live. The guys were super nice and deliver it to my door. The cheesecake was super fresh and quality was very nice. It was actually the best cheesecake I tried in Toronto so far, Really recommend. Going to buy more produce from them

I placed an order from Soft Dough and decided to try out all the cheesecake flavours. This was for a work event and I was really excited for the team and myself to finally try their products. Safe to say that it was a hit with everyone!

The original basque cheesecake is a perfect balance of creamy and sweet and pairs really well with the strawberry, which itself has great balance between tart and sweet.

The espresso cheesecake was really unique and you can really taste the coffee in it which is great for those who enjoy espresso!

Last but not least, the chocolate cheesecake was amazing in its own right as it has a very delightful cocoa taste (my personal favourite, given I’m partial towards chocolate in general).

Overall, I’d encourage anyone to order from here if they’re considering cheesecake (I’ll have to try their other products soon). Throughout the order process, Alice was consistently wonderful and so helpful at every turn!
