Each cake is made with:

- 2 layers of soft, fluffy sponge cake

- A berry compote filling — choose between strawberry or blueberry

- White chocolate whipped ganache (light, smooth, and not-too-sweet)

- A fresh mix of berries on top

- Satin ribbons in the colour of your choice
